Collect Coinz

With a customer account you collect Coinz on every order and swap them for free items.

How to earn Coinz

• 1 Coin for every full €10 of goods (after discounts, without shipping). An order of €34.50 earns 3 Coinz.
• After payment the Coinz appear as pending in your account. You can use them as soon as the order has shipped.
• Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the same email address within 30 days, using the link on the order confirmation page or in the confirmation email, and we add the Coinz afterwards.

What you get

• 10 Coinz: 1 free label
• 20 Coinz: 1 free game box or 2 free labels

Put the item in your cart as usual and choose the reward there. We deduct the most expensive matching item. One reward per order, discount codes still apply.

Good to know

• Coinz belong to your customer account. They cannot be transferred or paid out in cash.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, its Coinz are removed and any Coinz you used are returned. For a partial refund we recalculate.
• Collector boxes are excluded from rewards.
• We may change or end the programme in the future. Coinz you have already collected can then still be used for at least 3 months.
