Shipping and Payment
We ship all orders with Deutsche Post and DHL. Labels and stickers are sent as letters, game boxes and shells as small packets, abroad with Warenpost International Premium.
Delivery time
Once your payment has arrived, we ship within 1 to 3 working days. Postal transit time comes on top of that:

Unfortunately we have no influence on postal transit times. Especially outside Europe, customs can sometimes hold a shipment for a while.
We ship higher value orders as registered mail with a tracking number at our discretion. Registered mail is usually faster.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged once per order, no matter how many items, and depends on the destination country and on whether the order is sent as a letter or as a small packet. Orders of €50 or more ship for free. You can see the exact costs on every product page under "plus shipping" and in the checkout before you order.
USA
We currently ship only labels and stickers to the USA, as letters. Unfortunately we cannot send game boxes or shells there.
Tracking number
If your shipment has a tracking number, you will receive it with the shipping confirmation email. With a customer account you will also find it under "My account" with your order.

Payment
You can pay with PayPal, via Stripe by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, depending on the delivery country also with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact or eps, or by bank transfer in advance. For bank transfer you will find our bank details in the order confirmation; we ship as soon as the money has arrived.
